Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Movesweep may be returned or exchanged.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

Please include your order details, the product name, and the reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions upon confirmation.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging where applicable
  • Return request must be made within the 14-day withdrawal period
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless the product is defective or we have sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Digital products or downloads that have been accessed
  • Products that have been used, written in, or altered
  • Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
